Easy and tasty casserole to use up leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 2 cups leftover cooked chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon each garlic powder, onion powder, and salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup each frozen corn and peas
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cheez its crackers crushed

How To Make chicken noodle casserole

  • Step 1
    Cook the noodles, drain and set aside. In a mixing bowl mix the soup, cottage cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
  • Step 2
    Stir in the chicken , corn, peas, and half the cheese. Stir in the noodles. Pour into a greased casserole dish.
  • Step 3
    Top with crushed crackers and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
