Easy and tasty casserole to use up leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken

  • 8 oz
    egg noodles
  • 2 c
    leftover cooked chicken
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c
    cottage cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    each garlic powder, onion powder, and salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 c
    each frozen corn and peas
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c
    cheez its crackers crushed

How to Make Chicken Noodle Casserole


  1. Cook the noodles, drain and set aside.
    In a mixing bowl mix the soup, cottage cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Stir in the chicken , corn, peas, and half the cheese.
    Stir in the noodles.
    Pour into a greased casserole dish.
  3. Top with crushed crackers and top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
