chicken chutney pie
Until we lived in Belgium, and we made chutney as part of a home economics class, I had no idea what it was. Then in Scotland I learned what the wonderful combo of chutney mixed with curry tasted like. This is the best of both, and very good.

Ingredients
- - 9" pie crust
- 2 tablespoons sauteed onion
- 3/4 cup cooked chicken, chopped
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons mango chutney
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 4 ounces monterey jack, shredded
- 2 - eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- dash white pepper
How To Make chicken chutney pie

Step 1Layer chicken, chutney and shredded cheese in pie shell. Beat soup, eggs, milk and seasonings together and pour over chicken. Bake at 400 degrees 35-40 minutes. Let stand 5 min to firm before serving.
