Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 2 pounds chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
  • 1 package Lipton onion soup
  • dash salt, to taste
  • dash pepper, to taste
  • dash garlic powder, to taste
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make chicken and rice

  • Step 1
    Grease a 9 by 13 pan.
  • Step 2
    Pour rice into the pan. Pour both cans of soup into the pan. Pour chicken broth into the pan and then stir to mix.
  • Step 3
    Layer chicken over the mixture and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion soup.
  • Step 4
    Cover with aluminum foil and cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
  • Step 5
    Remove aluminum foil. Cover with shredded cheese, then bake for another 10 minutes.
