This I learned to make when I first married almost thirty-three years ago. It has been a stand-by over the years and my children loved it (especially the rice). Just add a salad and a vegetable and dinner is ready in about an hour.

1 pkgdry onion soup mix

1 cancream of chicken or mushroom soup

1 cinside tant rice

How To Make chicken and rice casserole

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown chicken breasts lightly in skillet over low heat. Place soup, rice, and water in 2-quart casserole dish that has been liightly sprayed with Pam. Mix together, lay chicken breasts on top, cover dish with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
