chicken and broccoli casserole

I love this casserole, I use Bell's Poultry seasoning, but any will do. You could also use a rotisserie chicken.

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 pounds cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 16 ounces broccoli florets, thawed
- 3 cups brown rice, cooked
- 3/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1/41 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/4 cup wine, chardonay or any dry white
- 1/2 cup romano cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon gravy master
How To Make chicken and broccoli casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees, spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray

Step 2in medium saucepan. Whisk flour into broth, add poultry seasoning, Gravy Master and wine. Heat to boiling, then simmer until thickened. Enough to stick to back of spoon.

Step 3Spread rice in bottom of baking dish, arrange chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle shredded cheddar over everything. Pour gravy over all, stir slightly, leaving rice intact

Step 4Sprinkle with Romano cheese over top, cover tightly with foil. Bake 45 minutes, then remove foil and cook another 10 minutes. Let set 5 minutes and serve
