Serves 6 1 cup servings
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1-10 3/4 ounces can mushroom soup
- 1-10 ounce can diced tomatoes and green chilis
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make cherokee casserole

Step 1Brown ground beef in skillet, i use an electric skillet, Drain well

Step 2Add soup, tomatoes, and green chilies, then add cooked rice. Mix well.

Step 3Continue cooking until heated throughout. Turn heat to low.

Step 4Sprinkle cheese over top. Cover.

Step 5Continue to cook until cheese melts ( 5 minutes ) Makes 6 servings. I cup each.
