cheesy slow cooker chicken broccoli rice casserole
This recipe is one of my family's favorites. I can even get my picky eater to eat veggies this way! Using leftover grilled or rotisserie chicken is a great way to cut the prep time. I'll make this on a Saturday afternoon when everyone is in and out working on projects and we don't have a big meal planned.

Ingredients
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2-3 cups chicken, cooked and cubed or shredded
- 1 bag broccoli, frozen
- 3 cups rice, cooked
- 2 cups cheese, shredded
How To Make cheesy slow cooker chicken broccoli rice casserole

Step 1If you don't have cooked chicken on hand, cut into 1 inch cubes and then brown chicken breasts in a pan. Cook rice at the same time.

Step 2Add all ingredients to the slow cooker, including chicken and rice. Stir well and cover.

Step 3Cook on low for 2-3 hours.
