This is my version of a Tuna Casserole using Salmon. This is my own creation.

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can boneless skinless salmon
  • 1 1/2 cups no yolk egg noodles
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 6 ounces velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 cup cubed breadcrumbs crushed
  • 1 cup peas and carrots, frozen
  • 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted

How To Make cheesy salmon vegetable noodle casserole

  • Step 1
    Cook egg noodles to alden te. Drain.
  • Step 2
    Drain salmon and fluff. add to a bowl along with the soup, milk, cheese, vegetables, salt and pepper half of old bay seasoning. Add egg noodles and mix.
  • Step 3
    Crush bread stuffing add rest of old bay seasoning. Melt butter.
  • Step 4
    Pour Noodle Mixture in to a 2 quart baking dish, sprayed with cooking spray. Top with Bread crumbs and melted butter.
  • Step 5
    Bake at 375 for 40 to 45 minutes.
