I temporarily lost this recipe, so you will see mine posted in JAP too. However, this one of Mom's is hands down my favorite!

Ingredients
- 10 ounces french cut green beans, frozen
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 cups cooked ham, chopped
- 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup herb croutons, crushed
How To Make cheesy ham casserole, mom's

Step 1Cook beans to package directions, drain and reserve 1/2 c liquid. Melt butter, saute onion. Stir in flour and salt until blended. Remove from heat, stir in milk and reserved liquid. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil 1 min. Remove from heat, stir in ham, cheese and parsley. Place beans in a casserole dish and cover with ham. Sprinkle with croutons. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min.
