Ingredients
- CASSEROLE
- 3 cups left over cooked chicken cut into cubes
- 16 ounces egg noodles
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 medium onion chopped
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms sliced
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 cups frozen peas
- TOPPING
- 4 ounces butter
- 1 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
How To Make cheesy chicken noodle casserole

Step 1cook noodles in boiling salted water for 15 minutes then add the frozen peas and cook 5 more minutes. Drain and set aside. Add oil to skillet. Add the onions and mushrooms and cook until mushrooms are browned and onions are translucent.

Step 2Mix the mushrooms and onion mixture with the cream of chicken soup, left over chicken, sour cream, shredded cheddar, cream, and chicken and pea mixture. Spray a 9 by 15 pan and spread the mixture into the pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 3In a skillet add the butter and garlic. Cook until butter is melted and garlic is fragrant. Add the panko and cook until browned. Add the Parmesan and remove from heat.

Step 4Sprinkle the mixture on top of the casserole. Bake for 30 minutes
