• Step 1
  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 13- x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

  Cook ziti pasta according to package directions; drain. Transfer to a greased baking dish and season with 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning.

  Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add rotisserie chicken chunks, sliced red bell peppers, and diced Vidalia onion. Cook and saute for 5 minutes or until they are tender.

  Stir in 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning, ranch dressing, and 2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce. Reduce to low heat.

  In a medium bowl, combine heavy cream, wing sauce, cream cheese, half and half, remaining Tabasco sauce, ranch dressing mix, and remaining Cajun seasoning; whisk well for 3 minutes until blended.

  Pour into the chicken mixture in the saucepan; stir well and let it simmer for 5 minutes or until combined.

  Remove from heat.

  Spoon onto ziti pasta mixture; mix well. Sprinkle with shredded pepper jack cheese.

  Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
