broccoli & chicken & rice casserole
Our friend Kris brought this when our twin girls came home from the hospital. Been loving it for 37 years now.

Ingredients
- 2 bags cooked broccoli florets
- 4 cooked & chopped boneless chicken breasts
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 cup melted butter
- 6 ounces chicken stuffing mix
How To Make broccoli & chicken & rice casserole

Step 1Combine soup, mayo, milk & lemon juice in a saucepan and stir while heating gently.

Step 2Layer the broccoli, then the rice & top with chicken in a 9 X 13 dish.

Step 3Pour and spread the sauce over the top.

Step 4Mix & coat the stuffing with the melted butter & cover the casserole.

Step 5Cook at 350° for 25 - 30 minutes.
