bourbon peach pork and corn casserole
This new pork casserole recipe I created is inspired by Kinder's Bourbon Peach seasoning. It is filled with corn and spaghetti.

Ingredients
- 1 cup crumbled cooked bacon
- 4 tablespoons bourbon peach seasoning, divided
- 8 ounces dried spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 6 fresh boneless pork chops, sliced into strips
- 1 can whole kernel corn,drained
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar seasoning
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 packet dry onion soup mix
- 1 teaspoon ground basil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup hickory smoke barbecue sauce
- 3/4 cup honey mustard
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup Panko bread crumbs
How To Make bourbon peach pork and corn casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Coat the sides and bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Add crumbled bacon and 1 tablespoon bourbon peach seasoning; mix well.

Step 3Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain.

Step 4Heat avocado oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add sliced pork chops and cook and saute for 7 minutes or until they are no longer pink.

Step 5Reduce to low heat. Stir in whole kernel corn, brown sugar seasoning, ground cumin, dry onion soup mix, ground basil, and 2 tablespoons bourbon peach seasoning.

Step 6In a medium bowl, combine heavy cream, barbecue sauce, honey mustard, cream cheese, and bourbon peach seasoning; whisk well for 2 minutes until smooth.

Step 7Add cooked spaghetti and cream mixture to pork mixture in the saucepan; stir well until combined. Remove from heat.

Step 8Pour over a prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.

Step 9Bake for 25 minutes or are golden brown.
