I created this new recipe, based on Kinder's Bourbon Peach seasoning, on chicken spaghetti for the first time.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces uncooked spaghetti
  • 6 tablespoons bourbon peach seasoning, divided
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 large skinless and boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix
  • 3/4 cup creamy wing sauce
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded processed American cheese

How To Make bourbon peach chicken spaghetti

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Step 2
    Coat the sides and bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Step 3
    Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente, 8 to 10 minutes; drain.
  • Step 4
    Transfer to a large bowl. Season with 2 tablespoons of bourbon peach seasoning; toss well and set aside.
  • Step 5
    Heat oil in a large, deep skillet over medium heat. Add bite-sized chicken pieces. Cook and saute for 5 minutes or until the chicken pieces are no longer pink.
  • Step 6
    Stir in onion soup mix, wing sauce, and 2 tablespoons bourbon peach seasoning. Remove from heat.
  • Step 7
    Heat the margarine and chili powder in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  • Step 8
    Add heavy cream, soup, cream cheese, and remaining bourbon peach seasoning; stir well. Let it simmer for 8 minutes or until thickened.
  • Step 9
    Add cooked spaghetti and chicken mixture; stir well until combined. Remove from heat.
  • Step 10
    Pour over a prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle with shredded American cheese.

    Bake for 30 minutes or until are golden brown.
