Big John Casserole

Carol Gray

The name came about for me because it originally called for the Big John brand of baked beans. They are no longer found, but the name stuck. You can't go wrong with yummy baked beans, cheese and corn chips!

The original recipe was given to me by a classmate from college. Her husband was a high school football coach and they served this to the boys for dinner before games. If it can satisfy hungry teenagers it has to be good!
