salted boiling water
2 c
shell macaroni (or whatever kind you prefer)
1 lb
beef (cubed)
1/2 c
salt and pepper
1 small
onion ( diced)
3 clove
garlic (diced)
2 c
mushrooms (sliced)
1 c
beef broth
2 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup( 10 1/4 oz)
1 can(s)
1 c
sour cream, fat-free
1/2 c

How to Make Beef Stroganoff Casserole


  • 1Add macaroni to the boiling water, bring back to boil turn off and let stand.
  • 2Add beef to the flour , salt and pepper and coat well, shake excess flour off. In large pan with some oil let beef brown.
  • 3Remove from pan, add onion and garlic sauté on low for about 5 minutes then add mushrooms and cook another 5 minutes. Add beef.
  • 4Add beef broth and mushroom soup to pan and bring to boil, turn down and simmer for about a15 minutes. Add sour cream and peas.
  • 5Drain Macaroni, Put in large casserole pour beef mixture over stirring well, put in 350 oven for about 20 minutes,
