beef stroganoff casserole
Had some leftover beef so I made this tonight.

Ingredients
- 6 cups salted boiling water
- 2 cups shell macaroni (or whatever kind you prefer)
- 1 pound beef (cubed)
- 1/2 cup flour
- dash salt and pepper
- 1 small onion ( diced)
- 3 cloves garlic (diced)
- 2 cups mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup( 10 1/4 oz)
- 1 can water
- 1 cup sour cream, fat-free
- 1/2 cup peas
How To Make beef stroganoff casserole

Step 1Add macaroni to the boiling water, bring back to boil turn off and let stand.

Step 2Add beef to the flour , salt and pepper and coat well, shake excess flour off. In large pan with some oil let beef brown.

Step 3Remove from pan, add onion and garlic sauté on low for about 5 minutes then add mushrooms and cook another 5 minutes. Add beef.

Step 4Add beef broth and mushroom soup to pan and bring to boil, turn down and simmer for about a15 minutes. Add sour cream and peas.

Step 5Drain Macaroni, Put in large casserole pour beef mixture over stirring well, put in 350 oven for about 20 minutes,
