Ingredients For beef noodle casserole

  • 12 oz
    egg noodles, cooked
  • 2 tsp
    olive oil
  • 1-1/4 lb
    ground beef
  • 1
    onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp
    minced garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can
    (16 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 can
    (15 ounces) diced tomatoes, drained
  • 2 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1-2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese or mozzarella cheese

How To Make beef noodle casserole

    Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium high heat. Add the ground beef and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Add the onion and garlic to the pan and cook for 5 minutes more. Season with salt and pepper.

    Add the tomato sauce, tomatoes and Italian seasoning to the beef and stir. Add noodles to the beef; toss to combine.

    Pour the beef-noodle mixture into a 9 X 13 inch greased baking dish. Top with cheddar cheese.

    Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
