Ingredients
- 12 ounces egg noodles, cooked
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1-1/4 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can (16 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes, drained
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 1-2 cup shredded cheddar cheese or mozzarella cheese
How To Make beef noodle casserole

Step 1Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium high heat. Add the ground beef and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Add the onion and garlic to the pan and cook for 5 minutes more. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2Add the tomato sauce, tomatoes and Italian seasoning to the beef and stir. Add noodles to the beef; toss to combine.

Step 3Pour the beef-noodle mixture into a 9 X 13 inch greased baking dish. Top with cheddar cheese.

Step 4Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
