Ingredients
- 1 box 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups chopped green bell pepper
- 2 cups chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 3 cups canned crushed tomato
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2-3 cups grated cheddar cheese
How To Make beef macaroni and cheese

Step 1Preheat oven to 350

Step 2cook macaroni to package directions

Step 3Drain macaroni and set aside

Step 4Heat oil in skillet

Step 5Add peppers, onions, garlic and saute until soft

Step 6Add ground beef and saute until browned

Step 7Add the tomato, salt, pepper, and other spices

Step 8In a large bowl, combine macaroni and beef mixture.

Step 9Spread into 9x13 pan.
