Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 28 ounces can tomatoes
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 teaspoons salt
- - black pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 - bay leaf
- 1 package egg noodles
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 6 - green onions, chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
How To Make beef lombardi

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Brown beef & drain. Add garlic & cook til soft. Add tomatoes, honey, salt & pepper, bay leaf, & hot sauce. Lower the heat & simmer for 30 min.

Step 2Cook egg noodles & combine in a bowl with cream cheese, green onions, & sour cream.

Step 3Grase a 9x13 pan & alternately layer noodles, meat mixture & grated cheese. End with cheese on top. Bake covered for 30 min. or until heated & bubbly throughout. You can freeze this before or after baking.
