beef casserole
This is my husbands creation. I was sick and he decided to make a casserole and this is so delicious and easy to make. I take it to pot lucks and everyone loves it. Always a hit.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground round
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of cheddar soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 package baby fine noodles (16oz)
How To Make beef casserole

Step 1Saute ground round and chopped onion in large pan Cook noodles until a la dente. Add soups, cooked noodles salt and pepper to ground beef mixture. Add water to desired consistency; approximately 3/4 cup and mix well.

Step 2Pour into lightly greased 9 X 13 inch pan and sprinkle with grated cheddar chees and parmasean cheese. Bake at 350 degrees 35 minutes or until bubbly.
