Ingredients
- 1 pound rotini pasta
- 8 slices bacon chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large onion chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
How To Make beef & bacon pasta casserole

Step 1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 2Cook the bacon in large skillet until crispy. Remove with slotted spoon and set aside. Add oil to bacon grease. Add the onions and cook until softened. About 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook 1 more minute. Add the ground beef and cook until beef is done. Season to taste with salt and pepper

Step 3Stir in tomato soup, cream of mushroom soup, heavy cream and sour cream. Add the pasta and bacon. Transfer to a sprayed casserole dish. Top with paprika and parsley. Bake 30 minutes
