Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 16 ounces can kidney beans - rinsed and drained
- 15 1/4 ounces can corn
- 10 3/4 ounces condensed tomato soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cubed velveeta
- 12 ounces biscuit dough
- 2 tablespoons butter - melted
- 1/3 cup yellow cornmeal
How To Make beef and biscuit bake

Step 1In a saucepan over medium heat, cook the beef until no longer pink

Step 2Add beans, corn, soup, milk, onion, chili powder, and salt.

Step 3Bring to a boil

Step 4Remove from heat

Step 5Stir in cheese until melted

Step 6Spoon into greased 2 1/2 qt baking dish

Step 7bake uncovered at 375 for 10 minutes

Step 8Meanwhile, brush all sides of biscuits with butter

Step 9roll in cornmeal

Step 10Place on top of the bubbling meat mixture.

Step 11Bake 10-12 minutes.
