Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 16 ounces kidney beans rinsed and drained
- 15 1/4 ounces corn drained
- 10 3/4 ounces condensed tomato soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cubed velveeta
- 12 ounces tube of biscuits
- 2-3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 cup yellow corn meal
How To Make beef and biscuit bake

Step 1Cook beef until no longer pink

Step 2Drain beef

Step 3Add beans, corn, soup, milk, onion and spices

Step 4Bring to a boil

Step 5Remove from heat

Step 6WStir in velveeta until melted

Step 7Spoon into greased 2 1/2 quart dish

Step 8Bake 10 minutes at 375

Step 9Brush both sides of biscuits with butter and roll in corn meal

Step 10Place biscuits over meat mix

Step 11Bake 10-12 min more
