Ingredients

  • 2 large
    potatoes, russets
  • ¼ c
    parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp
    black pepper, ground
  • ¼ tsp
    salt

How to Make BAKED POTATO BITS

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F
  2. Scrub potatoes and cut into eighths
  3. Place parmesan cheese, olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, salt and potatoes in a resealable plastic bag.
  4. Seal the bag, then shake to coat the potatoes with the seasoning.
  5. Spread the potatoes over a baking sheet sprayed with Pam.
  6. Bake until the potatoes are easily pierced with a fork, about 25 minutes.
