- 2 large potatoes, russets
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper, ground
- ¼ teaspoon salt
How To Make baked potato bits

Step 1Preheat oven to 425°F

Step 2Scrub potatoes and cut into eighths

Step 3Place parmesan cheese, olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, salt and potatoes in a resealable plastic bag.

Step 4Seal the bag, then shake to coat the potatoes with the seasoning.

Step 5Spread the potatoes over a baking sheet sprayed with Pam.

Step 6Bake until the potatoes are easily pierced with a fork, about 25 minutes.
