This is a recipe based on Kinder's bourbon peach seasoning. It's on baked macaroni with three kinds of pork, it's gonna be delicious.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cubed ham
  • 1 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons bourbon peach seasoning, divided
  • 16 ounces dry elbow macaroni
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 boneless pork chops, cut into strips
  • 1 medium purple onion, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 3/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup half and half
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided

How To Make baked macaroni with bourbon peach pork

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Step 2
    Coat the bottom and sides of a 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Add cubed ham, crumbled bacon, and 1 tablespoon bourbon peach seasoning; mix well.
  • Step 3
    Cook macaroni according to package to directions; drain.
  • Step 4
    Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon bourbon peach seasoning in a large, deep skillet over medium heat.
  • Step 5
    Add strips of boneless pork chops and chopped purple onion.
  • Step 6
    Cook for 6 minutes or until no longer pink. Stir in 1 tablespoon bourbon peach seasoning, black pepper, ground cumin, and Dijon mustard. Remove from heat and set aside.

    Melt margarine in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  • Step 8
    Combine heavy whipping cream, half and half, cream cheese, and 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Stir well and bring it to a boil for 5 minutes until thickened.

    Add cooked macaroni and pork strip mixture; mix well for 2 minutes until blended. Remove from heat.
  • Step 10
    Spoon over the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle with the remaining shredded sharp cheddar cheese and season with the remaining bourbon peach seasoning.

    Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Cool completely for 10 minutes.
