Ingredients
- 2 cups cubed ham
- 1 cup crumbled cooked bacon
- 3 1/2 tablespoons bourbon peach seasoning, divided
- 16 ounces dry elbow macaroni
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 5 boneless pork chops, cut into strips
- 1 medium purple onion, peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 3/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3/4 cup half and half
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
How To Make baked macaroni with bourbon peach pork

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Coat the bottom and sides of a 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Add cubed ham, crumbled bacon, and 1 tablespoon bourbon peach seasoning; mix well.

Step 3Cook macaroni according to package to directions; drain.

Step 4Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon bourbon peach seasoning in a large, deep skillet over medium heat.

Step 5Add strips of boneless pork chops and chopped purple onion.

Step 6Cook for 6 minutes or until no longer pink. Stir in 1 tablespoon bourbon peach seasoning, black pepper, ground cumin, and Dijon mustard. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 7Melt margarine in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

Step 8Combine heavy whipping cream, half and half, cream cheese, and 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Stir well and bring it to a boil for 5 minutes until thickened.

Step 9Add cooked macaroni and pork strip mixture; mix well for 2 minutes until blended. Remove from heat.

Step 10Spoon over the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle with the remaining shredded sharp cheddar cheese and season with the remaining bourbon peach seasoning.

Step 11Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Cool completely for 10 minutes.
