Ingredients For artichoke spinach lasagna

9uncooked lasagna noodles

1 mdonion, chopped
-
4 clovegarlic, minced
-
1 cvegetable broth
-
1 Tbspminced rosemary
-
1 canmarinated artichokes (12 oz)

3 cfresh spinach leaves
-
1 jarpasta sauce (32 oz)

3 cshredded mozzarella
-
4 ozherb and garlic Feta cheese
How To Make artichoke spinach lasagna

1Cook the lasagna noodles in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9X13 pan.

2Spray a large pan. Add the onion and garlic and saute until softened.

3Add the broth, artichokes, and spinach. Cook until the spinach is wilted.

4Pour the pasta sauce into the pan. Cook for 5 minutes.

5Spread 1/4 cup of the pasta sauce over the bottom of the pan. Top with 3 noodles.

6Then sprinkle 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese over the noodles.

7Repeat layers 2 more times ending with the sauce and cheese.

8Top with the Feta cheese and bake covered for 40 minutes.

9Uncover and bake for 10 more minutes. Remove from the oven and let sit for 10 minutes.
