Ingredients
- 9 uncooked lasagna noodles
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon minced rosemary
- 1 can marinated artichokes (12 oz)
- 3 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 1 jar pasta sauce (32 oz)
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella
- 4 ounces herb and garlic Feta cheese
How To Make artichoke spinach lasagna

Step 1Cook the lasagna noodles in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9X13 pan.

Step 2Spray a large pan. Add the onion and garlic and saute until softened.

Step 3Add the broth, artichokes, and spinach. Cook until the spinach is wilted.

Step 4Pour the pasta sauce into the pan. Cook for 5 minutes.

Step 5Spread 1/4 cup of the pasta sauce over the bottom of the pan. Top with 3 noodles.

Step 6Then sprinkle 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese over the noodles.

Step 7Repeat layers 2 more times ending with the sauce and cheese.

Step 8Top with the Feta cheese and bake covered for 40 minutes.

Step 9Uncover and bake for 10 more minutes. Remove from the oven and let sit for 10 minutes.
