Most folks have strong feelings one way or the other about tuna casserole! I'm one of those who just loves it! Here is another great tuna casserole recipe! Ingredients
- 1/2 bag egg noodles.
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 cups frozen, mixed veggies
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 can mushrooms, drained
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- salt & pepper to taste
- - 2 fillets fresh tuna cooked through and flaked
How To Make another yummy tuna casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Cook egg noodles according to package directions; drain.

Step 3While noodles are cooking, heat butter in a medium skillet over medium-high heat, add diced onion and saute until softened. Add in frozen mixed veggies and cook just until veggies are warmed through. Sprinkle with flour.

Step 4Pour in skim milk and dry mustard. Stir until thickened and bubbly. Salt & Pepper to taste.

Step 5Mix noodles with sauce & veggie mixture in a 9x13 glass casserole and top with grated cheddar cheese.

Step 6Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
