Ingredients
- 2 cups raw pasta of choice, i use rotini
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 - large onion, chopped
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- - salt and pepper, to your taste
- - garlic powder, to your taste
- - dried parsley, for topping
- - paprika, for topping
How To Make amish casserole

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 350*. Spray a 9X13 oven dish with cooking spray. Cook the pasta, in a large pot as per the directions on the box.

Step 2Meanwhile, brown the ground beef, adding the onion. When the pasta is done, drain and return to the pot. Add the meat, onion, milk and soups. Stir well to mix. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Step 3Transfer to prepared oven dish, sprinkle with parsley and paprika. Bake 25 minutes.

Step 4Cooks note. I use Campbell's Home Style Harvest Tomato with Basil. It makes the dish a little moister and we like it that way. I use regular Campbell's condensed Mushroom soup. Feel free to add any of your favorite seasonings.
