all purpose chicken casserole
I created this newest chicken casserole recipe, it's based on Kinder's All Purpose seasoning, with a side of lettuce-only salad, and some dinner rolls will be an A+.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces Gouda cheese, shredded and divided
- 1 cup chopped almonds
- 7 tablespoons all-purpose seasoning, divided
- 16 ounces uncooked angel hair pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into 1/2 strips
- 4 fresh white mushrooms, sliced
- 2 medium carrots, chopped
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 3/4 cup half and half
- 1 packet dry onion soup mix
- 8 ounces light cream cheese, softened
How To Make all purpose chicken casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Coat a 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Add half of the shredded Gouda cheese, chopped almonds, and 2 tablespoon all purpose seasoning; mix well.

Step 3Cook angel hair pasta according to package directions; drain.

Step 4Heat oil in a large, deep skillet over medium heat. Add fresh chicken strips. Cook and saute for 4 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink.

Step 5Stir in sliced mushrooms, chopped carrots, garlic powder, and 2 tablespoons all-purpose seasoning. Remove from heat.

Step 6Heat margarine and 1 tablespoon all-purpose seasoning in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

Step 7Add heavy cream, chicken broth, half and half, dry onion soup mix, cream cheese, and remaining all-purpose seasoning; stir well and let it simmer for 7 minutes or until thickened.

Step 8Add seasoned chicken strip mixture and cooked angel hair pasta; mix well for 3 minutes until combined. Remove from heat.

Step 9Pour into a prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle with the remaining shredded Gouda cheese.

Step 10Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
