Ingredients
- 1 15-oz cans beef tamales
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 8-oz cans corn, drained
- 1 8-oz cans tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup olives, sliced
How To Make alamo tamale supper

Step 1Slice tamales in half crosswise and arrange in bottom of greased crock-pot.

Step 2Sprinkle chopped onion over tamales.

Step 3Add corn.

Step 4Mix tomato sauce and chili powder; pour into crock-pot.

Step 5Top with shredded cheese and sprinkle with sliced ripe olives.

Step 6Cover and cook on Low setting for 5 to 7 hours or on High setting for 2 hours.
