This is a secret... I make these all the time and my gown kids have not figured out it is Turkey. They go so fast I always make double.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 12 slices yellow american cheese
- 24 slices dill pickles
- 24 - soft dinner rolls, sliced
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 - onion chopped fine
- - yellow mustard
- - ketchup
- - all purpose seasoning
- - worcestershire sauce
How To Make turkey sliders

Step 1Preheat oven for 350.

Step 2Sauté onion in a small fry pan with olive oil until caramelized. Set aside On each roll put one dab of yellow mustard, Ketchup and a dill pickle chip.

Step 3Using a reversible Griddle, 10.75"x20” spread out ground turkey in one large rectangle. Season with all purpose seasoning and sprinkle generously with Worcestershire sauce. Place in oven about 10 minutes till cooked. Spread caramelized onion over entire surface of meat and cover meat with yellow American cheese slices. Place back in oven until cheeses melts 1-2 minutes.

Step 4Remove from oven and using a pizza slicer cut into 24 squire pieces 4 rows by 6 columns.

Step 5Place one squire on each roll and enjoy.
