Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cilantro, dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 - hamburger buns
  • TOPPINGS: MONTERREY JACK CHEESE IF DESIRED. TOMATO SLICES, LETTUCE, ONION, BELL PEPPER STRIPS.
  • 4 slices monterrey jack cheese

How To Make turkey burgers

  • Step 1
    In a bowl mix all ingredients except cheese and toppings. Mix well.
  • Step 2
    Form into 4 patties.
  • Step 3
    Cook in skillet or on grill until done.
  • Step 4
    Place on bottom of bun.
  • Step 5
    Top with cheese if desired and toppings of your choice.
  • Step 6
    Serve immediately.
