- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cilantro, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 - hamburger buns
- TOPPINGS: MONTERREY JACK CHEESE IF DESIRED. TOMATO SLICES, LETTUCE, ONION, BELL PEPPER STRIPS.
- 4 slices monterrey jack cheese
How To Make turkey burgers

Step 1In a bowl mix all ingredients except cheese and toppings. Mix well.

Step 2Form into 4 patties.

Step 3Cook in skillet or on grill until done.

Step 4Place on bottom of bun.

Step 5Top with cheese if desired and toppings of your choice.
