How to Make Triple Jalapeno White Cheddar Burger/Lime Mayo

Step-by-Step

  1. I made 2 burger patties using about 3/4 pound of the beef mixed with one chopped seeded jalapeno and chopped onions and formed into patties.
    Salt & pepper lightly.
Grill or fry burgers to Your liking. I used a grill pan.
  2. For how many burgers I roast jalapenos on a stove top til black rotating. Place them in a sealed bowl and cover with wrap, Let stand for about 20 mins. When cooled slice open and seed. This will be Your second layer on your burger.
  3. Crunchy jalapenos I fry in a 350 degree fryer for a few minutes till golden, These are the crunchy for Your burger.
Take drained slices and shake in a flour bath. Dump in fryer for few minutes and drain on paper towels.
  4. Lime Mayo is simply a mix of your fav mayo with salt and lime zest, add some juice for more zest.

Next the bun to Me is always important. I use a soft egg roll from grocery bakery.
  5. After burger is almost done place two slices of white cheddar on burger with roasted jalapeno then another slice cheese and let burgers rest in 300 oven til cheese melts.Putting My burger together.
Bottom bun spread with mayo top with warm burger, top with jalapeno crunchies, optional more mayo or squeeze of lime juice. Top with bun top and Eat Up!!!!!!
