Ingredients
- 2 - brats, uncooked and taken out of casing
- 1/4 cup chili, no beans
- CARAMELIZED ONIONS
- 1/4 - onion, 1/8in thick slices
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 tablespoon beer
- MUSTARD AIOLI
- 1 tablespoon mayo
- 1 teaspoon deli mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- dash salt and pepper
- 1 slice munster cheese
- 1 - french style bun
How To Make the "beautiful mess" brat burger

Step 1Remove brats from casing and form into a patty. Set aside.

Step 2Combine all aioli ingredients and set aside.

Step 3In a saute pan combine onions, oil and butter. Cook until turned golden, add in beer and keep cooking until all liquid from beer has been soaked up.

Step 4Heat up chili.

Step 5Take brat patty and place in a saute pan with a little oil. Cook on each side for about 8 minutes.

Step 6To assemble burger: bottom bun, burger, cheese, chili, onions, mustard aioli.
