tex-mex burgers
I originally made these burgers for Cinco de Mayo. My family and neighbors loved them. I like the Tostitos cheese sauce but you can use any brand or homemade sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 4 tablespoons nacho cheese sauce
- 1 teaspoon cilantro
- to taste - pickled jalapeno slices
- 4 - hamburger buns
How To Make tex-mex burgers

Step 1Combine beef, cilantro and salsa in a bowl. Mix well.

Step 2Form into 4 patties.

Step 3Grill or fry the patties until done.

Step 4Place patty on a bun. Top with 1 T. cheese sauce, and jalapeno slices.
