I FOUND THIS SPICY MISO SAUCE AWHILE AGO. I MADE THESE CHICKEN BURGERS N WOW. IS THIS STUFF GOOD....WE USE THIS PINEAPPLE HABENARO SAUCE ( GOT AT COSTCO) ON OUR CHICKEN WINGS SOOOOOO Y NOT TOP OFF MY CHICKEN BURGERS. MMMMMMMM GOOD!

- 2 tablespoons kikkoman teriyaki sauce (spicy miso)
- 1/4 cup robert rothschild roasted pineapple & habanero sauce
- 3 slices monterey jack cheese, thick slices
- 3 large rolls

Step 1IN A LARGE BOWL COMBINE CHOPPD CHICKEN WITH TERIYAKI SAUCE (SPICY MISO). FORM 3 LARGE BURGERS.....MIXTURE WILL B SOFT. REFRIGERATE FOR 15 MINUTES.

Step 2HEAT UP A LARGE CAST IRON PAN ON MED/HIGH HEAT. PLACE HAMBURGERS IN PAN (USE A SPATULA. EASIER TO DO THIS WAY BEING BURGERS R SOFT) TAKE GOOD AIM ONCE IT HITS PAN DO NOT MOVE IT!

Step 3PARTIALLY COVER PAN WITH COVER N LET COOK FOR 7-10 MINUTES...USING A SPATULA CHECK N C IF BOTTOM OF BURGER IS BROWNN NICELY.....ONCE THIS HAS HAPPEND. USE SPATULA N FLIP...COOK FOR ADDNL 10 MINUTES.

Step 43 MINUTES B4 BURGER IS DONE PLACE A SLICE OF MONTEREY JACK CHEESE ON EACH BURGER. SLIGHTLY COVER PAN...ONCE CHEESE HAS MELTD REMOVE TO BUN/ROLL N SPOON ON PINEAPPLE/HABENARO SAUCE. .....ENJOY :)
