- 1/2 cup milk
- 14 small saltine squares crushed
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 2 teaspoons minced parsley
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 jar beef gravy
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make salisbury steak with gravy

Step 1Preheat over to 350. In large bowl combine milk, saltines, onion and parsley. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Form into 4 patties.

Step 2Place patties in 8 inch square baking dished sprayed with non-stick spray.

Step 3Combine gravy, ketchup, worcestershire sauce and pepper. Pour over patties.

Step 4Bake uncovered at 350 for 50-55 minutes, until meat is no longer pink. Serve with mashed potatoes a veggie and hot rolls or bread.
