Salisbury Steak with Gravy
4 or two very generously
saltine squares crushed
How to Make Salisbury Steak with Gravy
1Preheat over to 350. In large bowl combine milk, saltines, onion and
parsley. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Form into 4 patties.
2Place patties in 8 inch square baking dished sprayed with non-stick spray.
3Combine gravy, ketchup, worcestershire sauce and pepper. Pour over patties.
4Bake uncovered at 350 for 50-55 minutes, until meat is no longer pink. Serve with mashed potatoes a veggie and hot rolls or bread.
