Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 14 small saltine squares crushed
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 2 teaspoons minced parsley
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 jar beef gravy
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How To Make salisbury steak with gravy

  • Step 1
    Preheat over to 350. In large bowl combine milk, saltines, onion and parsley. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Form into 4 patties.
  • Step 2
    Place patties in 8 inch square baking dished sprayed with non-stick spray.
  • Step 3
    Combine gravy, ketchup, worcestershire sauce and pepper. Pour over patties.
  • Step 4
    Bake uncovered at 350 for 50-55 minutes, until meat is no longer pink. Serve with mashed potatoes a veggie and hot rolls or bread.
