How to Make Salisbury Steak with Gravy
- Preheat over to 350. In large bowl combine milk, saltines, onion and
parsley. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Form into 4 patties. - Place patties in 8 inch square baking dished sprayed with non-stick spray.
- Combine gravy, ketchup, worcestershire sauce and pepper. Pour over patties.
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 50-55 minutes, until meat is no longer pink. Serve with mashed potatoes a veggie and hot rolls or bread.
