saltine squares crushed
2 Tbsp
minced onion
2 tsp
minced parsley
1 lb
ground beef
1 jar(s)
beef gravy
2 Tbsp
2 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp

How to Make Salisbury Steak with Gravy


  • 1Preheat over to 350. In large bowl combine milk, saltines, onion and
    parsley. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Form into 4 patties.
  • 2Place patties in 8 inch square baking dished sprayed with non-stick spray.
  • 3Combine gravy, ketchup, worcestershire sauce and pepper. Pour over patties.
  • 4Bake uncovered at 350 for 50-55 minutes, until meat is no longer pink. Serve with mashed potatoes a veggie and hot rolls or bread.
