Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 14 small
    saltine squares crushed
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced onion
  • 2 tsp
    minced parsley
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 jar(s)
    beef gravy
  • 2 Tbsp
    ketchup
  • 2 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper

How to Make Salisbury Steak with Gravy

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat over to 350. In large bowl combine milk, saltines, onion and
    parsley. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Form into 4 patties.
  2. Place patties in 8 inch square baking dished sprayed with non-stick spray.
  3. Combine gravy, ketchup, worcestershire sauce and pepper. Pour over patties.
  4. Bake uncovered at 350 for 50-55 minutes, until meat is no longer pink. Serve with mashed potatoes a veggie and hot rolls or bread.
