This is the recipe as we got it from my wife's mother. Like most recipes, I of course had to play with this one a bit. I split it so I could do half with veggie crumbles, since I'm a vegetarian, and half with hamburger for my meat-eating wife.

1 lbground beef (or veggie crumbles)

1 canla choy chop suey vegetables

1/4 csoy sauce

1 canmushrooms

3 Tbspcorn starch

4 ccooked rice

1 canla choy chow mein noodles
How To Make quick chop suey

1Cook the rice and brown salted ground beef.

2To ground beef add chop suey vegetables, soy sauce, and mushrooms.

3Disolve 3 level tablespoons corn starch in 1 cup cold water and to above mixture.

4Serve over cooked rice and Chinese noodles.
