Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/2 pound pepperoni chopped
- 4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 4 onion hamburger buns
- 1 large tomato sliced into 4 rounds
How To Make pizza stuffed burgers

Step 1Mix the ground beef with salt, pepper and garlic powder and set aside. Mix the pepperoni and Cheddar cheese together and set aside at room temp for 30 minutes.

Step 2Shape half the burger into 4 patties. Roll the Cheddar cheese/pepperoni mixtures into balls. Place a ball onto each patty. With the remaining ground beef top each patty with another patty and seal the edges around the ball of and pepperoni.

Step 3Heat a cast iron skillet and add a little oil. Sear the patties on one side and flip. Brush pizza sauce over each burger. Cover the pan. Turn the patties and brush with more pizza sauce. Cover. Repeat turning and brushing with pizza sauce about 4 more times. Top each burger with Parmesan cheese. Cover and let cheese melt. Place on burger bun topped with a slice of tomato. Serve
