- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce such as heinz
- 1 medium egg beaten
- 1 medium shallot minced
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

Step 1Mix all ingredients together. Shape into 8 patties and grill or fry until done. Serve with favorite toppings on buns
