no chips no problem nacho 'burger'
Sometimes the best laid plans don't exactly go according to the rules. We were prepping for a dinner of nachos and everything was smelling and looking great. Open the pantry and no chips !!! And so we decided to pile it on a burger bun and so the Nacho Burger was born. It's not the prettiest thing but it tastes like nachos - just not crunchy !

How To Make no chips no problem nacho 'burger'
-
Step 1Prep all of your toppings so they are ready to go when the meat and beans are hot. Toast the inside of the buns then set aside.
-
Step 2Cook the ground beef until done then drain well. Add the taco seasoning and diced green chilies to the meat and stir to blend. Take half of the refried beans and add to the meat mixture and stir to combine.
-
Step 3Spread some of the bean/meat mixture on each half of the bun. Garnish each half with toppings of your choice then put them together to make your "burger". Serve hot with a side of the remaining refried beans and chips if you have them.
