mac and cheeseburger casserole
My husband loved this casserole. This will now be a main stay in my home. All the comfort rolled into one dish

Ingredients
- 6 - hamburger buns
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1 - beef bouillon, cubes
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon ketchup more for drizzling
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon each salt, garlic powder, mccormicks grill mates steakhouse onion burger seasoning
- 1 box mac and cheese prepared as directed
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese divided
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 12 - dill pickles stackers
How To Make mac and cheeseburger casserole

Step 1Place a 9 x 13 pan on stove and place the butter in it and let it melt. Remove from heat. Take the bottom buns and rub the top into the melted butter then place them in the pan sprinkle one cup cheese on top and set aside.

Step 2Preheat oven 450 degrees. Once the mac and cheese is done pour that over the buns and cheese.

Step 3In a large skillet brown the meats with the bouillon cube, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard and seasonings. Pour the meat mixture over the mac and cheese.

Step 4Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese over top of the meat. Layer the onions and pickles on top. Drizzle more ketchup over the top in zig zag style. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Place the top buns on when ready to serve
