This recipe is something that I make for the kids. It tastes ood and fit their little hands perfectly. It's a little messy but delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb - ground beef
  • 1 small - onion. diced
  • 1 tsp - cumin
  • 1 tblsp. - garlic powder
  • - salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 pkg. - king hawaiian rolls
  • 9 slices - cheese, sandwich slices
  • - bread and butter pickles
  • - mustard

How To Make loose meat sliders

  • Step 1
    In a large skillet sauté the onion and ground beef together. Preheat oven to 350.
  • Step 2
    Take a square pan,split the whole package of rolls in half but do not pull them apart. Place the bottom half in the pan.
  • Step 3
    Layer the rolls with the beef mixture, top the beef with cheese slices. Cover with top layer of the rolls.
  • Step 4
    Cover the pan with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Take out, pull apart and plate. Garnish with mustard and pickles.
