Ingredients
- 2 pounds hamburger
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly chopped thyme, chives or tarragon
- 1/2 pound cheddar cheese, in 8 slices
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
How To Make herb garden cheeseburger

Step 1Mix all but cheese in a bowl. Form into 8 quarter pound hamburgers and grill over med heat until cooked through. Put cheese slices on burgers and let sit 2-3 min to melt. Serve on buns with choice of condiments.
