Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground sirloin
- 1/2 cup pork rinds, crushed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 can beef broth
- 2 tablespoons almond or coconut flour
- salt and pepper
How To Make hamburger steaks with onions and gravy

Step 1In a large mixing bowl combine sirloin, pork rinds, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper taste. Mix until well combine and form into six patty steaks

Step 2In a large skillet melt 3 tbsp butter add the patties and chopped onion cook 2-3 min on each side. Remove Patty's and set aside.

Step 3Add 1 can of broth to the onion mixture in the pan. And thicken with almond or coconut flour. Cook on medium heat 5-7minutes. Add the patties back to the pan and coat in the gravy and cook about 3 more minutes.

Step 4Serve hot topped with the pan gravy. Enjoy!
