How to Make Hamburger Hobo Pouches

  1. Lay out 4 sheets of heavy duty aluminum foil and spray each one with butter flavor cooking spray. Place onion slices on the center of foil.
  2. Shape the ground beef into four quarter pound hamburger patties. Lay hamburgers on top of onions and sprinkle with seasonings.
  3. Place sliced carrots and potatoes over hamburger patties and sprinkle again with seasonings and spray with a bit of butter flavored cooking spray or I can't believe it's not butter spray.
  4. Fold aluminum foil over burgers and vegetables and seal edges to make a pouch.
  5. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven or grill over hot coals for 30 minutes until meat is cooked through and potatoes and carrots are tender.
