How To Make grilled cheese cheeseburger
-
Step 1Season your ground beef with salt and pepper. Shape into a round patty, pressing down slightly. Place the olive oil in a frying pan and add the patty, and let it brown and get a good crust. Don't push on the burger to keep the juices inside.
-
Step 2Meanwhile, lay the 4 pieces of bread out on the counter. Place two pieces of cheese on two of the pieces of bread. Put the bread together and put butter on both sides. In a separate skillet, brown the grilled cheese sandwiches on both sides. On one side of one grilled cheese, spread some mayonnaise, then top with tomatoes and pickles.
-
Step 3Once the burger is done, top with one piece of cheese and let the cheese melt. Place the burger on top of one grilled cheese. Place the grilled cheese that has the topping on it on top of the cheeseburger. Enjoy.
