  • ·
    1 lb. ground beef
  • ·
    1 lb. ground lamb
  • ·
    1 lb ground pork
  • ·
    1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
  • ·
    1 tsp. onion powder
  • ·
    1 tbsp. minced garlic
  • ·
    1 tsp. ground allspice
  • ·
    1 tsp. garlic powder
  • ·
    1 tsp. salt
  • ·
    1 tsp. black pepper

How to Make Greek Gyro Burger On Naan


  1. Mix all ingredients together well!! Form into patties. I made mine nice and big, depends on the size you make, how many patties you will get.
  2. Grill on the BBQ on medium low heat till done.
  3. We served ours with Naan you can buy it or make it yourself. I cut the burgers in half, then topped them with tzatziki sauce, tomatoes, onions and shredded lettuce, use a piece of tin foil so it stays together and less messy, fold it up and
