You can add slices of mozzarella cheese if you prefer cheeseburgers.
I like to serve these with my zucchini fries.

ground beef
1/2 oz
ground lamb
3 Tbsp
chopped black olives
1 c
feta cheese crumbs
1 tsp
dried oregano
1 tsp
dried basil
1/2 tsp
dried mint
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
2 Tbsp
bell pepper chopped small
1 Tbsp
diced onion
2 1/2 c
baby spinach leaves
1 large
tomato, sliced
6 Tbsp
hamburger buns

How to Make Greek Burgers


  • 1In a large bowl, mix ground beef, ground lamb, bell pepper, onion, olives and all the seasonings well.
  • 2Form into 6 equal sized patties.
  • 3Heat a skillet over medium high heat or heat a grill to medium high.
  • 4Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until the desired doneness.
  • 5Spread 1 tablespoon of the hummus on the bottom half of each bun.
  • 6When the patties are done, place one on each dressed bun.
  • 7Top with spinach leaves and tomato slices. COver with the top buns. Serve immediately.
