Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 ounce ground lamb
- 3 tablespoons chopped black olives
- 1 cup feta cheese crumbs
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried mint
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons bell pepper chopped small
- 1 tablespoon diced onion
- 2 1/2 cups baby spinach leaves
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 6 tablespoons hummus
- 6 - hamburger buns
How To Make greek burgers

Step 1In a large bowl, mix ground beef, ground lamb, bell pepper, onion, olives and all the seasonings well.

Step 2Form into 6 equal sized patties.

Step 3Heat a skillet over medium high heat or heat a grill to medium high.

Step 4Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until the desired doneness.

Step 5Spread 1 tablespoon of the hummus on the bottom half of each bun.

Step 6When the patties are done, place one on each dressed bun.

Step 7Top with spinach leaves and tomato slices. COver with the top buns. Serve immediately.
