great american grillburgers
I saw this in a magazine. They have a wonderful flavor, perfect for a cookout. Top with your favorites, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion. Yum!

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef (i use ground chuck)
- 1/2 pound bulk italian sausage
- 1&1/2 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup barbeque sauce (i used sweet baby ray's)
- 2 tablespoons mustard (i use guldens)
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper (i use fresh cracked)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
How To Make great american grillburgers

Step 1Combine ingredient in a medium bowl. Shape into burgers.

Step 2Set oven to broil. Place burgers on foil-lined broiler pan. Broil 8-10 minutes per side.

Step 3Notes: You can expand this recipe to one lb. of sausage. It will make two more burgers. This will make 4 1/3 lb. burgers or 6 1/4 lb. burgers. Enjoy!
